Optimization Design of Tooth Profile Shift Coefficient for Planetary Gear Transmission
摘要 为了提高NGW型行(行星)齿轮传动的承载能力,对外啮合齿轮传动变位参数进行了优化设计.计算结果表明:合理选择变位参数可以大大提高齿轮传动的承载能力.
Abstract: In order to improve the bearing capability of NGW Model Planetary Gear Transmission, the tooth profile shift coefficient for external gear transmission was optimized. The calculation results showed the bearing capability of gear transmission could be greatly improved by reasonably selecting tooth profile shift coefficient.
